Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Yavonae Skin Care LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of proper or improper use of any product listed and sold at this site. Your purchase through this website, mail order, or verbal phone order constitutes your agreement to these terms. By placing your order, you certify that you are an adult of age 21 or older and you assume full responsibility for use of these products.
